Level Skip-While flying through any level on controller 2 hit up and B at the
same time.

Invincible - You know that copyright info screen? Well, when the letters are
falling down on that screen, press U,R,D,L,U,R,D,L,U,R,D,L,U,R,D,L. The 
title screen will come up in the meantime; that's ok. Now press start and
kick azz.
